We respect the common core of skills of National Education while allowing children to progress in both languages. Children arriving in Reception are immersed in the English language and thus opening their phonic ear and facilitating language learning. In order to increase the lexicon, from Key Stage 1, the subjects of Discovery of the World, Science, Geography, History, Arts and Sports are taught in English.
